fun, Had a small problem with top wheel sliding out of center. Called support, got live person very quickly. He sent link to service manual I needed and I repaired it. Was a little hard to align the screws when I put it together. You may want to think about putting a little lock tite on the set screws for shipping.

Other than the 18 ah batteries dying after 100-200 charges, the thing is great. Other than being a bit hefty at over 45 lb. , it’s great. After the last sealed lead acid battery died, a friend told me she bought a 10 ah lithium battery to replace it six months ago that weighed nine pounds less. The lighter weight didn’t affect the operation of the machine. I can easily manage lifting this into/out-of my car now. It’s great. And I didn’t spend less on a Slinger

Having this machine has completely changed my game. My stroke mechanics, and consistency have increased substantially. I love that I can go hit balls anytime I please. The machine is built very well, and is incredibly portable. I can throw it in my golf cart and off to the court. From what I have seen of competing products, I'm positive I bought the right machine. BTW: Spend the extra few dollars and get the remote, it's a must. It allows you to take a quick break and review your stroke, then continue with just the push of a button...Also, the Tretorn tennis balls they sell for the machine are far superior to regular tennis balls as well. You won't be sorry you bought those either. Regular balls just don't last.
