The wheel is fine, however, your instructions are not good. You leave out the part about removing the control panel & charging port to get the cover off.

I ordered a replacement wheel for my Lobster Pickleball machine. it arrived on time but unfortunately there was a problem with the set screw. I contacted customer service and went through the problem. After sending them pictures, it was determined that there was an issue with the drilling of the set screw hole. They sent me a replacement wheel immediately, and it worked perfectly. Support staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful.

New server wheels

I've had the Pickle 2 for about 6 months and average around 1000 balls per week- its been an amazing tool in helping me get my stroke mechanics grooved- started as a 3.0 and now starting to play 3.5- about a month ago the balls started to throw with less consistency- short, far, curveballs, etc. I learned I was over doing it when it came to keeping the wheels clean- too much sanding and I wore down the side ridges resulting in no real ball grip- After buying to new server wheels the balls are now throwing out like brand new!
