Trade-Up
If you bought a machine and instantly realize you really wanted a better model, you may “return” the original machine and trade up to a better model without having to pay our standard 10% restocking fee (provided the machine is in like-new condition). As long as the machine was purchased within 30 days, you simply pay the difference between the two models.

Trade-In Any Brand Tennis Ball Machine

The Lobster Sports trade-in program allows for up to a 20% discount on the purchase of a new Lobster ball machine with eligible ball machine trade-in. Discount applies on Lobster tennis, pickleball, or padel ball machines purchased directly through Lobster Sports. Please call 800-210-5992 for more details or email sales@lobstersports.com. Trade-In program discount cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional offers.

The Trade-In program may or may not be used with other promotional offers or discounts.

Upgrade Your Existing Ball Machine 
Ready to move to that next level of play? If you are an existing Lobster ball machine owner and would like to upgrade your machine to a new model or add any new accessories, please contact us with your machine's serial number.  Please note machines built before 2010 cannot be upgraded.  All inbound and outbound shipping associated with upgrades will be at the customer's expense.  Prices below are not inclusive of shipping costs.

Machine Upgrade Options

Elite machines must be sent back to the factory for these upgrades. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound shipping costs associated with upgrading your machine.  Prices above are not inclusive of shipping.  Grand machines can be upgraded at your convenience in the comfort of your own home.
