Shipping Policies

All merchandise ships via FED EX GROUND domestically unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Sales tax will be charged to all customers when applicable.

Next Day Shipping

Next day shipping applies to machine and part orders received prior to 11:00 AM PST, Monday through Friday. Machine and part orders received after 11 AM PST will ship two working days later.  

Lobster Sports fulfills and ships orders from both its manufacturing facility in Los Angeles, CA and from our Distribution Center in Charlottesville, VA.  Subject to product availability, Lobster Sports will ship your order from the location closest to you to expedite the delivery process.  Orders can be received as early as 2 business days.

Expedited Freight

FED EX GROUND does not guarantee arrival on a specific day so if you require a shipment to arrive by a certain date, please call us at 800-210-5992. If you require 3-DAY, 2-DAY, or NEXT DAY AIR shipments, you will need to call in for an expedited shipping quote and we will determine if we can meet your schedule.

Packing Error

If your shipment arrives incomplete or a packing error has been made, please contact us. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any packing error.


If an accessory ordered with a machine is backordered for 1 to 7 days, the ball machine order will be held and shipped when the item is restocked. If an accessory is backordered 8 or more days, a partial shipment will be made and the backordered item shipped as soon as it becomes available. Shipping will be charged for the backordered item less the handling fees. If a ball machine is backordered, all accessories will be held and shipped with the unit.

Shipping Damage

If there is damage to the exterior of the shipping box or to the interior components, please contact Lobster immediately and save all packaging materials! We will contact the shipper to establish the claim, who will then set up a time with you to perform an inspection of the package and contents. Once the claim is validated, the package will be picked up and returned to Lobster. We will then immediately ship your new replacement.
